Stanbee Asia Limited’s newest state-of-the-art Thailand facility is up and running – and busy.
“The new facility represents a significant leap forward in technology and production of our core products,” said CEO Michael Berkson, “and further enhances our ability to become a 100% green company, something we’re very committed to.”
Together with SAL’s initial Thailand plant the operation now totals over 65,000 meters (70,000 square feet), substantially increasing its manufacturing, warehousing, and administrative space. The new facility is located in Amata Nakorn’s Free Zone, which allows SAL to import machinery and materials duty free.
“Production has also been greatly expanded with the addition of a new extruder,” says Berkson. “The new facility will be tremendous in bringing much higher quality and faster production to our clients.”
