Stanbee’s new Nitro Vulc® material is an extension of its popular Verge, Vantage, and Sportoe lines. It provides the ultimate in resiliency, shape-retention, and moisture-resistance—and, thanks to Stanbee’s proprietary nitrogen-foaming process, is both light in weight and high in performance. Plus, Nitro Vulc® contains more than 65% recycled material and is available in our Zero Waste Net Part Program. WORK PREPARATION
Cutting:
Cut in any direction to maximize yields.
Heat activation:
Bond-line temperature 90°C to 110°C. Autoclave recommended.
Cooling:
Cool product to ensure bond-line temperature of roughly 30°C before de-lasting.

COMPOSITION
Nitro VULC®
is made from a proprietary blend of resins. It is especially well-suited for cold-cement and autoclave production. Both outer layers have a hot-melt adhesive that bonds to virtually all upper and lining materials.
ZERO WASTE PROGRAM
This product is part of our Stanbee Zero Waste Program. It is ordered by the part instead of by the sheet, and all cutting waste is recycled in house. Provide a DXF file of the full-size run, and we’ll deliver production-ready components.
