Plus, it retains its shape and offers unrivaled flexibility. Nitro Sport™ contains 66% recycled material and is available in our Zero Waste Net Part Program. WORK PREPARATION

Cutting:

Cut in any direction to maximize yields.

Heat activation:

Bond-line temperature 80°C to 90°C. Recommended 85°C.

COOLING:

Cool product to ensure bond-line temperature of roughly 30°C before de-lasting.

Nitro SPORT™ components are made from a proprietary blend of resins. Both outer layers have an exclusive hot-melt adhesive that bonds to all uppers, even leathers with a high oil content.

This product is part of our Stanbee Zero Waste Program. It is ordered by the part instead of by the sheet, and all cutting waste is recycled in house. Provide a DXF file of the full-size run, and we’ll deliver production-ready components.
