Email your pattern to us and we’ll digitally cut your box toes and counters, and then we’ll reuse the waste to make even more Nitro Force components.

WORK PREPARATION

Cutting: 
Cut in any direction to maximize yields.

Heat activation: 
Bond-line temperature 80°C to 90°C. Recommended 85°C.

Cold mold: 
Recommended 0°C to -5°C. Allow sufficient dwell time to secure minimum bond-line temperature of 30°C.

COMPOSITION

Nitro Force™ heel counters are made from at least 85% recycled plastic bottles. Both outer layers have a proprietary hot-melt adhesive that bonds to all uppers—even leathers with a high oil content.

ZERO WASTE PROGRAM

This product is eligible for the Stanbee Zero Waste program. Provide a DXF file and we’ll cut the parts for you—then we’ll recycle the waste to make this a greener solution.
