WORK PREPARATION

Cutting:  Cut in any direction to maximize yields.

Heat activation: Bond-line temperature 80°C to 100°C. Recommended 90°C.

Cold mold:  Recommended 0°C to -5°C. Allow sufficient dwell time to secure minimum bond-line temperature of 30°C.

COMPOSITION

This proprietary plastic blend cuts thickness and weight without sacrificing firmness. Both outer layers have a proprietary hot-melt adhesive that bonds to all uppers—even leathers with a high oil content.

This product is eligible for the Stanbee Zero Waste program. Provide a DXF file and we’ll cut the parts for you—then we’ll recycle the waste to make an even greener solution.
